TheGreekLifeCoach

Born in Greece. Raised through struggle. Built in North America. Forged by experience.

I didn’t come from privilege. I came from poverty and grew up around the realities of the hood, where survival, pressure, and difficult choices were part of everyday life.

My journey took me from Greece to North America, where I worked to build a different life for myself. Along the way, I faced my own battles—including unhealthy relationships with food, pornography, drugs, and habits that were holding me back.

I eventually realized that I couldn’t change my life until I changed the way I understood myself and my choices.

I learned to slow down. To be patient. To become self-aware. To question my decisions instead of automatically acting on them:

“Is this choice actually helping me become the person I want to be?”

That question became a foundation for my transformation.

Awareness taught me to understand my choices.
Understanding created discipline.
Discipline created focus.
Focus created action.
And consistent action allowed me to create a life and legacy I could be proud of.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people through their own challenges. Now, I want to bring that same experience, trust, and support to the online community.

My mission is to help people understand that your starting point does not have to determine your destination.

You can come from poverty. You can make mistakes. You can lose your way. But with patience, awareness, discipline, and focus, you can change your direction.

I’m here to share what I’ve learned, listen without judgment, and build genuine long-term relationships based on trust, honesty, growth, and accountability.

I didn’t build my life overnight. I built it one choice at a time. Now I want to help you do the same.
